Thankfulness....

I have so very much to be thankful for.  Our family is healthy as far as I know.  Everyone has jobs.  My buglets are growing, happy and loved by their wonderful parents.  I have a nice roof over my head and a husband that loves me.  I have friends that are always there for me as I am for them and always will be.  True friends.  I can't even begin to name all of them, but there are many and I am blessed.  I have my God that has forgiven me and loves me and continues to do so every day.

I wish each and every one of my USA friends a most wonderful Thanksgiving.  May the year ahead be one that is filled with love, laughter, health and joy.

Love and hugs from Texas,

Hi Carolyn. I am new to blogdom.... but I think people just get so scattered that they are not mindful that they might hurt someone's feelings. Try not to take it personal. (hard for me to do, sometimes....)

Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family! It will probably be the last one we will have with my dad, since he has been very ill for quite a long time. Having him around for another Thanksgiving gives us lots to be grateful for!
Hugs,
Linda

I know how you feel about the commenting. There are people I constantly leave comments for and yet they never ever leave a comment for me. After a while of it, I don't comment as much because we are all busy but sometimes it just takes a minute to make someone's day.

Happy Thanksgiving!

hi Carolyn, I have to admit I've never noticed what others are saying in comments. I guess it's because I don't have very many followers. I do feel a connection to some of the bloggers I follow, though, and comment when 1. I have time and 2. something hits me as comment-worthy (not everything needs a response). Happy Thanksgiving to you, too! :)

I don't get very many comments on my posts, but then again I don't make very many posts on my blog. I do hand work, and so not too much getting done very often. I just plug along. I try to post on a few blogs each day, but I have blogitis.. and follow too many blogs..but I love them all, and can't seem to leave any.

I'm relatively new to blogging and often ton't have much time to "keep it up" so I have few comments.

It's ok, though. It's mostly for me to talk about my stitching (even if I'm only talking to myself sometimes, lol!).

I'd love to "do" lunch someday when we're both available.

Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family.

Dearest Carolyn,

Happy Thanksgiving to you and your loved ones as well.
Enjoy the upcoming weekend and love to you,

PS I did a post about the origin of Thanksgiving, the history of the Pilgrims that came from Leiden, The Netherlands, my birth country...
