What's up?

I just wanted to pop in and tell each of y'all that are so faithful to visit my blog that I love you to pieces and hope that you have a wonderful "rest of the week".  It just makes me so stinkin' happy every time I see a comment from one of you. :) Then I have to head over and see what's going on in your world.  (Doesn't take much to make me happy, does it? LOL)

Seriously, I love the fact that the internet has made our world so much smaller.  I have friends in many different states and many different countries.  No way would that have happened without our cyber world.  I love all of my online friends so much and have made some wonderful lifelong friends.  :)

Okay, enough of the mushy stuff.  LOL  I think I'll head to bed since I don't have any cool pictures or anything really productive to show you.  I will, however, have something going on in a few days.  Just sayin'........

Hugs and love from HOT AND DRY Texas (PLEASE send rain.  My nekkid rain dances in the front yard have not worked so far!).

Just stopping by to say Hi. Been so busy just lately, I have been reading posts but don't always have the time to comment (I would be on here for hours and hours and hours...oh wait I already am!!) I love all my bloggy friends, without the internet I wouldn't have been quilting and my life would be very very different. Living in a different country can be lonely at times - thank goodness for all my cyber friends! Hugs Linda x

You're so sweet. I live in West of Fort Worth and it's been detrimental on our poor plants. We did actually get three inches of rain last Saturday, but it's back to the 110 degree temps and any moisture was gone by Sunday evening. Yuck! Blessings to you :0)

I don't always comment; but, I had to pipe up and say "yes, send rain to Texas!" :-)

It's been a long, long hot summer (and a very dry year). By the way, hello from the San Antonio area from a frequent lurker/follower. :-)

Hey there! What a fun, sweet post! The blog world is amazing fun, isn't it?

We finally cooled off and have some great weather - maybe you should plan a trip to Michigan! I am not nearly brave enough to do a naked dance of any kind! I'm impressed!

I have done a whole lot of nothing lately as far as stitching goes but I have found a few things at estate sales/antique stores etc to include a new to me, old singer slant-o-matic sewing machine so I'm ready to learn to sew. I can dream, can't I?

Have a great week, dear Carolyn!

Hugs!

So Carolyn that was you on You-tube dancing in the nude suit....
hummmm, I thought I recognized you.
LOL. ***NOT YOU*** We need rain too so if by any chance you get some send some to Louisiana. Everything here is fried, grass, flowers and bushes. It's fun to have cyber friends with the same interest.

We have been getting rain at least half the summer here in Nova Scotia, Canada. We actually have 3-4 days of sun forecasted for the rest of the week...which is great as tomorrow is a big beach day for my family.

I will try to blow some of the rain down your way but no promises.

Oh you soppy thing you but I so agree with your sentiment, it is just truly amazing that we can all come together and share in each others joys, life and ups and downs. Everyone is so far away yet so close, you make us happy too xxxxxxxxxx

Hey, just stopping by to say hi.

I know what you mean about the comments, it's such a thrill to receive one.

Hope you get some rain.

You know, I'd pay good money to see your nekkid rain dances, lol. You'll get it before we will though, as our weather almost always comes from the west. Here's hoping, for both of us!! I agree with you about online friends. I call my computer my window to the world. I have so many good friends I've made through it. It's wonderful!!!

How fun this post was - made me smile! I agree, it is awesome when I get comments from people and I love that it connects us, around the world. But the drawback (if you can call it that) my "to check out" list and my "wanna do, so I bought it and now it's waiting" pile have grown faster due to blogstalking...but is that really a drawback?

We had a short bit of rain this morning and I didn't dance "nekkid" or the neighbors would have yelled - LOL. But the humidity here has been horrible off and on this summer, as the heat that you have suffered from there too...hoping for rain for you!

If I danced nekkid in the front yard, I'd scare more than just the rain away! ; )

Perhaps you need to wear some beads while dancing nekkid! Yep, I think that will do the trick.
