First of all, I've done some stitching but it's at the framers, so I will have to share that later. But what I've been working on the last few days is embroidering and monograming on the new baby-to -be's blankies and clothes. It's been so fun.
Last weekend I went to her baby shower and she got so many cool things. The weird thing is that it hasn't hit me yet that I'm going to be a grandmother. It was just like I was at someone I knew's baby shower. I know once I lay eyes on her and hold her that she will have my heart forever, though.
It seemed so weird going to my son and his wife's house. His wife??? He's still my baby. What's up with that? LOL She has such a knack for decorating and it just looks precious. My DH made an awesome baby changing table for them and I need to get Kevin to take a picture of it so I can share it with ya'll. It's really very nice. He's just so talented. I think I'll keep him around for awhile. :)
I'm sorry I've been MIA lately. As some of you know, I've been in a depressed funk, but I'm thinking the new meds might be doing the trick. Woohoo! I want the old Carolyn back. I miss her.
